Operation & Rules Of Engagement
- We subscribe to a philosophy that says “prevention is better than cure”
- We strongly believe that our security undertakings should be centred on mitigation strategies that provide effective and “water-tight” security around a premise or any other interest entrusted to us.
- Before deploying personnel to guard any location, a competent team from Newmon Security is assigned to conduct a site visit, with the objective of establishing potential risks, in consultation with the client.
- A comprehensive security risk survey report is then compiled, which will be detailing the risks identified, suggestions, recommendations together with the necessary security interventions to be employed.
- Site instructions are drawn out, in consultation with the client and handed to the responsible security guard(s) by the supervisor. A timely deployment of guard(s) is ensured at all times, with strict supervision being guaranteed.
- A regular liaison with the client is maintained for updates on any security related development as well as any other concerns regarding our service department which is equipped and dedicated to professionally and competently deal with all our client's concerns.
